Remove plastic top and cover with paper towels or heat on stove top. Microwave on high for 10 - 15 minutes (ovens vary), until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, or heat on stove until heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

From Frozen: Place covered container in refrigerator to thaw for 2-5 hours. Remove plastic top and cover with paper towels. Place on microwave safe plate. Heat on stove, or microwave on high for 15-17 minutes, or until heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

To help ensure that your meal arrives in the best condition possible, we only ship Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays or weekends.
