Remove plastic top and cover with paper towels or heat on stove top. Microwave on high for 7 - 9 minutes (ovens vary), until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, or heat on stove until heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

From Frozen: Place covered container in refrigerator to thaw for 2-5 hours. Remove plastic top and cover with paper towels. Place on microwave safe plate. Heat on stove, or microwave on high for 7 - 9 minutes, or until heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
