Shipping Policy

Shipping Process Time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and varying weather conditions.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via the contact method you entered when purchasing.

*Overnight orders are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and by carrier availability.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Pre-Order Shipping:

All orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 


Mama Fannie's is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods BEFORE filing a claim. (TAKE PICTURES! USPS will ask for these for proof of damage). Mama Fannie's will also require proof of damages when requesting a refund due to damaged packaging. 

International Shipping Policy:

We currently ship in the United States only.
We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to look for cost-efficient ways for our Canadian and international clients to experience our products.
